I normally don’t write these. But do not buy a funko pop from here. I bought the two exclusives (set brienne, and GITD Night King with dagger) and they came in damaged boxes. So i contacted customer support to exchange them and after calling them four times since no one would reply to my email. 5 days later i was finally told that they can’t authorize an exchange for the product since the box is damaged and not the product itself. I tried explaining that when it comes to a collectible figurine, the box is part of the product. But they said no and there’s nothing they can do about it. Extremely disappointed in how this was handled throughout the entire process. Oh, they also don’t allow returns on exclusive items.

He is dark and he is evil. If your into the bad guys I highly recommend this item. Ice runs through his veins.
